Learn the correct German articles (der, die, das) with the help of artificial intelligence. Add German words and the app uses Firebase AI (Vertex AI Gemini) to predict the correct article.
The app offers an intelligent learning experience for German learners with automatic capitalization of German nouns and color-coded articles.
Save your words locally and mark your favorites for later learning.
The AI Article Helper app is fully functional as soon as you install it. In demo mode, you have 50 AI requests available to test the intelligent article prediction.
In the demo version of the app, you have 50 AI requests available. Each AI request is used when you add a new word and the app automatically predicts the article.
The app shows you in real-time how many AI requests are still available. When the requests are used up, you can still add words and select articles manually.
The app uses Firebase AI with Gemini model. When you enter a German word, the AI analyzes the word and determines the most likely article (der, die, das) based on:
The prediction occurs in fractions of a second and is very accurate in most cases.
The AI uses Google's advanced Vertex AI Gemini 2.5 Flash model and achieves very high accuracy in predicting German articles.
However, note that the German language has complex rules and there are exceptions. The AI is constantly learning and improving over time. Always double-check important words in a dictionary.
The app allows you to correct and adjust the predicted articles at any time.
All your words are stored locally on your device. There is no synchronization with the cloud or other devices.
Your data remains private and under your control. The app stores up to 15 of the most recent words. Older words are automatically deleted to save storage space.
The only internet connection is used for AI article prediction. The word itself is sent to Firebase AI for analysis, but not permanently stored.
The app interface is available in multiple languages, including German and English. You can change the language in the settings.
The article prediction works exclusively for German words, as the app specializes in teaching German articles (der, die, das).
The app accepts only German letters:
The maximum length is 40 characters. Spaces and special characters are not allowed, as the app is designed for single words.
German nouns are automatically capitalized at the beginning.
